Lexer Group is a fast-growing, Tampa-based recruiting firm specializing in direct-hire placements within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. We help firms across the U.S. hire top talent — from licensed engineers and architects to project managers and designers.
We’re hiring a full-time, in-office Recruiter to join our team. You’ll receive hands-on training, structured support, and the tools you need to succeed — in a role where your performance directly impacts your earnings.
🚀 What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with highly skilled AEC candidates across the country
- Manage candidate outreach, screening, interview prep, and placement
- Partner with Account Managers to match talent to active job orders
- Use platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, and BeenVerified
- Hit weekly KPIs related to sourcing, outreach, and closing activity
- Track all activity and pipeline updates in our ATS and CRM tools

- Comfortable using AI tools to assist with messaging, sourcing, and workflow
- Background in recruiting, staffing, or sales is a plus — but not required

- 1099 contractor role with a starting weekly draw of $770–$1,000
- Uncapped commission — top recruiters earn $100K–$200K+ annually
